The Dumbbell Training for Fat Loss program is a 4-week plan to help busy people fit exercise into their weekly schedule. With minimal equipment (a pair dumbbells and a flat bench) you can follow this program. The workout is designed to be done within 30 minutes three times a week augmented with cardio sessions. High-quality pictures and video demonstrations are included with the program for each movement.
